President & CEO

James Wroten is the founder of our company and leads our organization on a daily basis. James started in 1999 as a one-person operation, providing software services for energy marketing and scheduling companies. He has steered our organization into the IT services team we are today. James brings a depth of knowledge of IT support for our customers and a friendly approach to resolving challenges.

James enjoys the Need Computer Help culture, rich in diverse technical skill sets that blend together to offer our customers unparalleled IT support. James has a passion for growth and success. This passion has fueled our expansion from a one-man operation to a multi-state cloud services and managed IT services provider.

Outside of work, James is a devoted parent to two wonderful children. James was a scouting leader for many years. Through scouting, James found a passion for sailing. In his spare time, James enjoys cruising and competitively racing sailboats, driving his 60’s-era Dodge muscle car and travelling.

Need Computer Help Team: Rebecca


Marketing and Sales Director

Rebecca is the latest talented addition to the Need Computer Help team! She began her journey at NCH in October 2018, but, brings over six years of experience in sales and marketing. Rebecca’s love of sales and marketing runs in the family as she comes from multiple generations of women heading profitable sales and marketing divisions. Rebecca also leverages her technical skills in her sales role ensuring comprehension of technical information to non-technical customers.

In her short time at NCH, Rebecca has learned that our support isn’t just in the form of technical help to our partners, but, help and caring for each other within our small unit – no one is insignificant. She finds it to be a fun yet challenging work environment. There’s always something new to learn!

When she’s off the clock, Rebecca also enjoys the balance between working hard and playing hard. She spends most of her time active, outdoors, with her family and 3 beloved dogs. She has a passion for outreach ministry within the community which has taught her one of the most valuable lessons she has learned: “The best place to reach people is where they are at.”

Jason Anderson


Director of Technical Services

Jason Anderson joined our company in 2012. He leads the technical services division of our business both in cloud services and managed IT services. Jason has been the center point in much of the design of our cloud services operation and in executing our more complex customer implementations.

Jason has an extreme passion for growth, expansion and end results. It shows in his unwavering pursuit of high-functioning custom solutions for many of our customers. He is routinely involved in complex technical challenges. He brings a constant push for quality and refinement into our services.

Outside of work, Jason is a devoted husband. Jason and Kate run a small farm with chickens and horses. His appetite for challenge continues at home with design and construction of house and farm projects. In his spare time, Jason spends time at a local craft brewery and runs a Meetup group for young individuals.

Jarred Parker


Business Development Manager

Jarred Parker started Network Management Solutions in 2006, which merged with Need Computer Help in 2016. Jarred has been instrumental in growing our local and state government business as well as directing many of our strategic vendor partnerships and managed services product offerings.

Jarred enjoys how everyone at Need Computer Help comes together to solve different problems that our customers face every day. He appreciates how we rely on each other’s strengths in different areas to care for clients. He likes how we all work hard together and enjoy getting together outside of work hours to have a good time and unwind a bit.

Outside of work, Jarred is a devoted husband and father. Jarred and Melinda have three wonderful children. Jarred is an avid outdoorsman and can be found fishing with his kids on a lake or nice country pond – his favorite place growing up, as it meant he was spending time with his dad.

Amy Venegas


Office Manager

Amy Venegas is the newest addition to the Need Computer Help family, having started in May 2018. As Office Manager, she is responsible for all things administration, including account management, billing and making sure everyone else dots the “i’s” and crosses the “t’s.” Amy leverages her expertise in administrative management and Information Technology to keep Need Computer Help moving in the right direction.

Amy enjoys being a member of the Need Computer Help team because we are company with a heart. She appreciates the exceptional technical expertise of the team as well as everyone’s relaxed and cheerful personalities – no divas here. Amy is excited for the opportunity to make Need Computer Help become the best company we can be.

When not cracking the administrative whip, you will find Amy helping families and local animal rescue organizations correct bad behaviors in good dogs as a behavior modification dog trainer. She has three of her own rescue dogs and helps others with their pups. Animal welfare and music are her passions.

Melisa Lambert


Helpdesk/Field Technician

Melisa Lambert joined Need Computer Help in September 2017. Melisa started her IT career honorably serving her country in the United States Air Force. She learned all about network security, infrastructure and troubleshooting while helping to defend our country. Today, Melisa utilizes her knowledge as a helpdesk technician, providing customers with assistance with their hardware and software problems. If you call for help, Melisa is the first voice you will hear.

Melisa enjoys being a member of the Need Computer Help family because we are exactly that – a family. She enjoys working with her “brothers, cousins and uncles.” The family teaches and mentors Melisa along with the requisite familial ribbing and joking, making every day a wonderful day at work.

When not in the office supporting our customers, you can find Melisa spending time with her family, two lovely children and their little dog. The family can be found enjoying fishing, attending baseball games and hunting for the best taco truck in town!

Andrew Albee


Field Technician

Andrew Albee joined Need Computer Help in 2016. Andrew is one of our field technicians and services customers primarily in West Houston, Southwest Houston and Downtown Houston. Andrew has been instrumental in the implementation and deployment of our Automate remote monitoring system.

Andrew enjoys Need Computer Help’s environment of cooperation, which allows each and every employee to continue to grow and learn from each other in an upbeat and fast environment. He prides himself and his coworkers on providing our customers with the most honest experience possible.

Outside of work, Andrew is a devoted husband and father. Andrew and Michelle have two wonderful children. You can find him helping his oldest with FFA and his youngest with video game programming. Andrew enjoys traveling, dining out, motorcycle riding, archery and target shooting.
